Portioning machine
It allows you to insert up to 30-32 kg of dough and set the portion weight (50 to 300 g), choosing the cone corresponding to the desired weight. The hourly productivity is very high: up to 1,200 50 g portions per hour. It is also popular for portioning piadina dough.
