TL-V45

It is the most compact model on the market and provides excellent cooking performance. To enhance production, up to three chambers can be stacked, maintaining good ergonomics.

What are its strengths?

      The ribbon system passes through a stainless steel chamber that promotes heat retention and distribution.
    • High productivity
      Thanks to forced ventilation, it provides an average productivity of 50 pizzas/hour of 30-35 cm diameter.
    • Optimal baking
      You can have even baking thanks to the independent adjustment of ceiling and platen (adjustable belt advance from 30 seconds to 20 minutes).
    • Simplicity
      Easy to use even by unskilled personnel, it offers customizable firing programs.
    • Versatility
      Possibility of frontal insertion of pans, pizzanets, frying pans up to a maximum size of 405 mm.
    • Both inlet and outlet belt extension kits available
      Hob with high-yield stainless steel mesh belt (6 mm pitch) – High quietness (< 70 dB).
