Static gas oven
With a stainless steel front and streamlined design, the ovens can be stacked up to two chambers for large productions. Baking can be done directly on brick. On the upper floor of the chamber is located the exhaust of unburned gases. Fueling can be by any type of gas (LPG, liquid propane, methane etc.). What are its strengths?
- Double productivity The special design of the stainless steel baking chamber and heating system allows you to stack two chambers on top of each other, thus doubling your production.
- Excellent heat distribution The burners are positioned so that heat is directed to the top of the chamber, which in turn reflects it by radiation to the pizza.
- Reduced consumption Differentiated temperature control allows power to be modulated while limiting consumption.
