What are its strengths?

    Completely made of stainless steel, the inside of the machine can be easily cleaned with a damp sponge, while the accessories-such as the spiral and knife-are fully removable and can also be washed in the dishwasher. The cones, made of aluminum, can be washed by hand; bells and discs should be cleaned with a damp sponge. To speed up the operation, we recommend that you clean the machine immediately after its use.
